Return & Refund Policy

Neoteric Diabetic

All Neoteric Diabetic products are sold exclusively through Amazon. We don't process orders, returns, or refunds directly on this website — if you purchased a Neoteric Diabetic item, you bought it on Amazon.com, and Amazon's return process and policies govern your order.

How to start a return:

Please start your return through Amazon, not by emailing us directly:

1. Go to Your Orders on Amazon.

2. Find your Neoteric Diabetic item and select Return or Replace Items.

3. Follow Amazon's prompts to choose a reason and get your return label/instructions.

Amazon's standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Your order is also covered by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — consistent with Amazon's return requirements for the product category.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, start a return/replacement through Amazon and let us know via Amazon's Buyer-Seller Messaging or at info@neotericdiabetic.com so we can help make it right — but the return itself still needs to be initiated through Amazon's system.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return under Amazon's category policies, including personal care/hygiene-related goods, hazardous materials, and similar restricted categories. Amazon's return flow will tell you at the time of your request whether a specific item qualifies. Sale items and any promotional bundles may also be excluded from returns — please check the listing or your order details.

Exchanges

Amazon doesn't support direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have through Amazon and place a new order for the item you want.

Purchases from outside the U.S.

If you purchased through an Amazon marketplace in the European Union (or another region with its own consumer return rights, such as a mandatory cooling-off period), those local rules apply in addition to Amazon's standard policy. Amazon's return process will reflect the correct window and requirements for the marketplace you ordered from.

Refunds

Once Amazon (or we, as the seller) receives and processes your return, your refund is issued by Amazon to your original payment method, generally within a few business days per Amazon's refund timelines. Amazon will keep you updated on the status of your return and refund throughout the process.

If your refund seems delayed beyond what Amazon's tracking shows, you can check your return's status under Your Orders, or reach out to Amazon Customer Service directly — they can see and act on the order status faster than we can from our end.
